Case Management (gCase) – is the service designed specifically for the investigations.

It helps banks to facilitate the resolutions of any issues via standardized codes, reducing the need for manual intervention through emails, calls, and contact searches. Only by indicating the appropriate code/reason for the case, you can directly request information for clarification from partner banks, to conveniently resolve instances in which information is incorrect or missing in payment instructions.

Major benefits of the gCase:

  1. Direct communication – coordination of the case directly to the bank, that handles information, or to its closest correspondent.
  2. Structured and clear requests – use of standardized codes to avoid any inaccuracy or free format.
  3. Timely responses – 24h for answer updates ensured by the Rulebook.
  4. Transparency – an ability sees and track all cases until they are completely closed.

The service will significantly reduce the workload on the back-office staff, providing a more convenient way to create and manage cases, as well as increasing customer loyalty, because the time for solving problems that hinder the crediting of funds will be reduced.

As of January 1-st 2024, when the Swift community has switched to Swift Essentials, the service usage fee will be mitigated and covered by your Swift Essentials License. Consequently, the only remaining cost will be a one-time project fee or zero cost if self-onboarded.
